How quickly will I hear back?
Our sales team usually replies within one working day (Vietnam time, GMT+7). For anything urgent, call the sales line or email us directly using the details above.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The more we know, the faster we can quote: the product or flavour you have in mind, your target market, the packaging format and size, an estimated volume per order and whether it will carry your brand or RITA’s.
Can I get free samples first?
Yes. Samples are free and usually ready in 7–14 days, so you can check taste, quality and packaging before you commit. Tell us where they should go and we will arrange delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
RITA-branded products start from 200 cartons per order. Private label and custom formulas usually start from one 20ft container per SKU, and we can discuss a smaller first trial.
How long does an order take?
For products on an existing formula, goods are ready to ship 20–25 days after order confirmation. A new formula, new packaging or a market-specific certification brings it closer to 4–8 weeks.
Which payment terms and port do you use?
We work with L/C and T/T and ship from Ho Chi Minh Port, Vietnam. The Incoterm, such as FOB or CIF, is confirmed in your quotation.
Can I visit the factory?
Of course. Our head office and factory are in Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Share your preferred dates and we will plan the visit, from the production lines to quality control.
